Our yearly inspection and testing procedures include the following:
- Testing of the switch mechanism of every manual call point
- Examining and testing of every automatic fire detector
- Visual and audible testing of all fire alarm devices
- Replacement of filament lamps
- Checking of radio fire detection and fire alarm system signal strengths
- Visual inspection of readily accessible cable fixings
- Checking of the cause and effect programme
- Checking of the standby power supply capacity
- Other annual checks and tests recommended by the system component manufacturers
- Reporting of outstanding defects
- Issuing the servicing certificate
We can also carry out your routine testing requirements or supply easy to follow log books so a member of your staff can quickly and easily carry out these required interim checks. In addition, we offer a risk assessment service to help employers fulfil their statutory obligations under The Regulatory Reform Order.

We can agree a schedule that meets your requirements and budget and ensure the fire alarm systems meets the necessary legal requirements.
All service contracts have access to our 24 call out facility, should you need any advice or attention to the systems we are just a phone call away. Our aim is to be on site within 4 hours of receiving a call out.
